Protection Regulations;  remove Definitions of Primary and Secondary Recharge Areas from Sec. 9;  remove Sec. 5.1.6, Supplementary Aquifer Map 6;  modify Sec. 4.2.3 to reference the new Aquifer Protection Area Regulations (a separate set of regulations than the zoning regulations).   PETITIONER:  Old Saybrook Zoning Commission
